Finding Annotations

Learn about searching for annotation resources in the TileDB Cloud Marketplace.

TileDB offers auxiliary reference and annotation sources:

• Ensembl GRCh38 Gene Models (v106)
• gnomAD WGS and Exome allele count information (stored as a sampleless TileDB-VCF)
• VEP annotations (111.0) of GRCh38 variants from 1000 Genomes and other sources

Viewing existing annotation resources

TileDB Cloud Marketplace offers a variety of annotation resources. Use the Marketplace to search for arrays tagged vcf-annotations.

Use the Marketplace to search for VCF datasets tagged vcf-annotations. These will generally be sampleless or “variant-only” VCF datasets.
