Lustre

Lustre is a POSIX-compliant distributed filesystem that works seamlessly with TileDB.

Lustre is a POSIX-compliant distributed filesystem and, therefore, TileDB “just works” on Lustre. Care must be taken to enable file locking for process-safety during consolidation.

Warning

Lustre supports POSIX file locking semantics and exposes local-level locking (mount with -o localflock) and cluster-level locking (mount with -o flock).
